By using replynever, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Void

replynever is an anonymous, ephemeral voidcast experience. Public accounts are not required. Voidcasts are designed to decay and are not intended to be permanent public records.

Raw transmissions are processed to operate the service and return a brief local echo to your browser. They are not kept as a permanent public archive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. This service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Submitted Content

You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.

You grant AMPYX LLC the limited permission needed to process, display briefly, moderate, secure, and operate the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit illegal content;
• Threaten, harass, or incite violence;
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• Transmit spam, automated, or malicious content;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service;
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, moderation, or abuse protections.

5. Child Exploitation

Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. If we become aware of such content, we will remove or restrict it and report it to appropriate authorities as required by law.

6. Moderation And Availability

We may remove, restrict, rate limit, block, or report content or activity at our discretion to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent abuse, protect the service, or preserve security.

We do not guarantee that any voidcast, signal, echo, weather state, or local effect will be visible, available, recoverable, or retained.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available. It may change, decay, fail, pause, or disappear at any time.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPYX LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising out of or relating to use of the service.
